Dr. David Sigmond enjoys veterinary care and is dedicated to Animal Health. A Purdue veterinary graduate, he opened Delafield's Heritage Animal Clinic in 1982 and merged with the Summit facility in Oconomowoc in 1988.

Dr Sigmond regularly attends national veterinary conferences and recently has developed a special interest in our new Laser Surgery capability.

Dr. David Texeira, a University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate, also holds a Zoology degree from UWM-Milwaukee. The UpJohn Clinical Proficiency Award he received while in Madison reflects his committment to dogs and cats and their special medical and surgical needs. His most recent focus includes Lyme Disease and Leptospirosis, both very serious and common in Waukesha County.

Dr. Borgstrom came to Wisconsin after graduating from the Univeristy of Illinois Veterinary School in 2003. She has been affiliated with the Summit Clinic in Oconomowoc since 2006.

Dr Borgstrom has special interests in preventative care and internal medicine. She particularly enjoys working with and educating pet owners on those challenging cases.
